By summer, you’ll be feeling great in your body and ready for some wild adventures. This program contains 7 strength training days that should be repeated for 12 weeks and I have also included example macros and meal plans for women who want to start tracking their food and stay consistent daily. This program will give you all the tools you need to start working towards your goal summer body!
